Hello,
My name is Hiromi, and I am a Japanese chef in the Cotswolds.
My chef life stared at a small Kaiseki restaurant in Tokyo.
After moving to London , I worked in Nobu London, Nobu Berkely St and Nobu Ibiza Bay.
After spending 21 years in Nobu, I moved to Burford to join Bull at the newly opened Hiro restaurant.
Now, I am working as a private chef to provide bespoke Japanese dining and a memorable experience.
